Catherine has worked to instigate change in organisations at different levels, challenging the status quo, coaching women leaders working in male dominated environments. She has designed and put in place development programmes for people of colour to open up new career pathways for them. Her work with senior teams has built their understanding of the challenges they need to face and the change they can bring about in their culture ‘ how we do things around here’ and ‘who feels cherished in our organisation’ . She has written bespoke training packages to support good diversity and inclusion development work.
