Catherine has worked to instigate change in organisations at different levels, challenging the status quo, coaching women leaders working in male dominated environments. She has designed and put in place development programmes for BAME managers to open up new career pathways for them. Her work with senior teams has built their understanding of the challenges they need to face and the change they can make happen.
